**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our Recovery Department at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialist practitioners and supporting the Theatre Manager in developing skills and experience within the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting the Theatre Services Manager with key performance indicators
  • Supporting the team to improve patient's experience of care and treatment
  • Ensuring that departmental areas are compliant with the CQC essential standards of quality and safety

**Requirements:**

  • Professional Registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • Leadership and management skills to enable effective controls for the monitoring and management of the nursing, ODP and HCA staff, to deliver effective action plans for continuous skills improvement
  • A strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management principles

**What We Offer:**

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
