Deputy Nursing Home Care Leader

About Us
Our client is a specialist provider of learning disability services and dementia, elderly care across London and Essex.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, overseeing high quality and clinical care delivery, and maintaining the highest level of clinical governance while regularly auditing practice to meet CQC requirements.
You will provide inspiring leadership for the nursing team and care colleagues, support the Home Manager in regard to referrals to the home, and be flexible in regard to shift working.
As the clinical lead, you will part of the On-Call team for the Home and be required to meet the needs of our residents.
Salary and Benefits:- The salary for this role is £48k per annum.
- 33 days of annual leave increasing with length of service (inc bank holidays).

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an organised methodical nurse/deputy manager who is passionate about delivering positive change and able to demonstrate a passion for best practice within an elderly nursing home environment for those residents who require nursing care.
