Adult Care Supervisor

Runwood Homes Limited is committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we are seeking a qualified Care Team Leader to join our team.
This is an ideal role for an experienced care professional looking to take on leadership responsibilities and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, developing and implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate records of resident care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Job Description:Care Team Leader will lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality care to residents.
The role involves developing and implementing care plans that cater to individual needs, maintaining accurate records of resident care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
You will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
Requirements:- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience working in adult care settings.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career progression and professional development.
