Adult Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nightcare Professional to join our team in Witham. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
About the RoleThis permanent, part-time position offers 27 hours of work per week, including some weekends. The successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nighttimes, to provide high-quality support to our service users.
The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 24 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme membership, and ongoing training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to access community resources and maintain their independence.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, and perform household duties as needed.
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and service users.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
