Adult Night Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Night Support Specialist to join our team in Witham on a permanent, part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
As an Adult Night Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support that enables the people we support to live a comfortable, dignified, and happy life.
This involves completing personal care and regular checks throughout the night, as well as some housework duties.
We require:
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Successful candidates will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
The role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per year, which is pro-rata for part-time hours.
