In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 per annum, plus benefits.
About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans, promoting independence and community engagement.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a calm and resourceful approach, with the ability to engage positively with individuals who may present challenging behaviours. A NVQ level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
