As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure across multiple schools within our trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to students and staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals, ensuring seamless integration with Google Workspace and ChromeOS.
  • Assist in managing cloud-based Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, maintaining printer infrastructure management, and ensuring robust network security.
  • Maintain, repair, and manage IT equipment and asset tracking, overseeing the management of the iPad fleet using Meraki cloud.
  • Install and update software applications, providing software training and support when necessary.

You will also assist teachers with integrating technology into lessons, providing support for educational software, and participating in personal development and performance reviews. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Google Workspace and ChromeOS.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
