Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Recovery Team Leader to join our Theatre department and contribute to our growth journey at Oaks Hospital, a 58-bed facility with state-of-the-art amenities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Theatre Services Manager with key performance indicators to drive departmental success
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to enhance patient experience
- Maintain compliance with CQC essential standards of quality and safety
- Professional Registration with the NMC or HCPC
- Strong leadership and management skills for effective staff supervision
- Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
