Job Overview

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Unit Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the haemodialysis team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing haemodialysis.

About You
  • This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience.
  • You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing haemodialysis.
  • You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and delivering effective specialized quality nursing care ensuring the area of work runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervising and directing junior nursing staff, healthcare assistants and learners.
  • Taking part in the ward/haemodialysis rotation programme to provide specialist renal treatments using highly complex dialysis machinery.
