Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor, England's largest not-for-profit provider of care and housing for older people.
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership will play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for bringing joy to those in need of care and be equipped with the right expertise to make a real difference in people's lives. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
