Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Learning Disability setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate patience and understanding when interacting with service users. You will also be responsible for leading the Support Worker team during shifts, ensuring that new staff are properly inducted, and supporting people with daily activities such as personal care and medication management.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. You will also model good practice within the team to maintain a high-quality service.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 29 days' paid holiday and additional benefits.
