Financial Services Administrator Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator Specialist to join our team at Pyramid8. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide high-quality support to our financial planners, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the financial advisors with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and providing technical assistance as needed;
- Processing new business life, pensions, investments, group pension & group protection schemes with precision and attention to detail;
- Reviewing and servicing existing clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records;
- Coordinating annual review meetings, preparing reports for financial planners, and ensuring all client communication is timely and effective;
- Providing exceptional technical support to both financial planners and clients, resolving queries promptly and professionally;
- Handling claims administration with accuracy and efficiency.
- A proven track record in financial services administration, with experience in pensions, investments, and life assurance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong computer literacy skills;
- Familiarity with platforms such as Fidelity and Transact;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
