Financial Services Administrator Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator Specialist to join our team at Pyramid8. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide high-quality support to our financial planners, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the financial advisors with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and providing technical assistance as needed;
  2. Processing new business life, pensions, investments, group pension & group protection schemes with precision and attention to detail;
  3. Reviewing and servicing existing clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records;
  4. Coordinating annual review meetings, preparing reports for financial planners, and ensuring all client communication is timely and effective;
  5. Providing exceptional technical support to both financial planners and clients, resolving queries promptly and professionally;
  6. Handling claims administration with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in financial services administration, with experience in pensions, investments, and life assurance;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong computer literacy skills;
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Fidelity and Transact;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
