Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Pyramid8 in Castleford. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within financial services, with experience in pensions, investments, and life assurance. You will be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with platforms like Fidelity and Transact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the financial advisors with administration tasks
  • Processing and servicing new business life, pensions, investments, group pension & group protection schemes
  • Reviewing, processing, and administering existing clients' enquires, ensuring accurate records maintenance and servicing
  • Coodinating Annual Review Meetings preparation of reports for financial planners
  • Providing technical support for financial planners and clients
  • Handling claims administration of claims
