About the Opportunity

Join Pyramid8 as a Business Support Officer for Financial Services and become an integral part of our administration team. This exciting role offers the chance to work closely with our financial planners, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the financial advisors in their daily activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks;
  2. Process new business life, pensions, investments, group pension & group protection schemes, maintaining attention to detail and quality control;
  3. Servicing existing clients, handling inquiries, and updating records to ensure seamless service delivery;
  4. Coordinate annual review meetings, prepare reports for financial planners, and facilitate effective client communication;
  5. Offer expert technical support to both financial planners and clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally;
  6. Manage claims administration, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution.
