- Servicing existing clients, handling inquiries, and updating records to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Coordinate annual review meetings, prepare reports for financial planners, and facilitate effective client communication;
- Offer expert technical support to both financial planners and clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally;
- Manage claims administration, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution.
