About the Role

Pyramid8 is recruiting a Financial Services Administrator for their client in Castleford. The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting the financial planners and being a central point of contact for clients by telephone, post, and email.

The role involves day-to-day administration duties, including processing and servicing life assurance, pensions, and investments for individual clients, as well as employee benefits group schemes for corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the financial advisors with administration tasks
  • Processing and servicing new business life, pensions, investments, group pension & group protection schemes
  • Reviewing, processing, and administering existing clients' enquires, ensuring accurate records maintenance and servicing
  • Coodinating Annual Review Meetings preparation of reports for financial planners
  • Providing technical support for financial planners and clients
  • Handling claims administration of claims

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within financial services, with experience in pensions, investments, and life assurance. They will be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with platforms like Fidelity and Transact.

Salary Estimate
We anticipate a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
