The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple site teams on projects with a value ranging from £500k to £10M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards in terms of Health and Safety, Quality, Programme, and Budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior managers, and site teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects of projects.
  • Plan and coordinate work, supervise designers, subcontractors, and labor, and ensure work is progressing on schedule.

Requirements

  • Good technical construction knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, senior managers, and site teams.
  • Leadership skills to support and encourage colleagues and achieve objectives as a team.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Ability to maintain regular contact with clients and lead progress meetings.
