About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage the process of obtaining consultant fee proposals and formal appointment documents.
  • Coordinate the delivery of surveys and reports required for the development and manage associated requirements from design to completion.
  • Manage the process of obtaining technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38 & S278.
  • Coordinate utility designs and initial mains laying onto site, ensuring legal agreements are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2 years' experience working within a technical coordination role at a residential house builder.
  • Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Excellent organization and time management with ability to multitask.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Ability to make decisions within authority.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Experienced in analysing problems and delivering solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
