We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of planned preventative maintenance contracts (PPM) for our clients in Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate PPM contracts, including roof cleaning, gutter clearing, shutter servicing, and building fabric maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal condition of properties.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and preferences.
- Conduct site visits to inspect properties and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
- Proven experience in a similar Property Manager role, with a focus on managing PPM contracts.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive daily rate of £200 for the initial 3-month contract.
- The opportunity to transition to a permanent contract with a salary up to £35,000.
