Job Title: Field Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Penrith. As a key member of our EMEA Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization and driving marketing efforts locally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns across various channels, including brand, segment, and product campaigns, as well as third-party partnerships and account-based marketing.
  • Support the execution of new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, social media, and events to target end-users and dealers.
  • Generate local content, such as customer case studies and articles, to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience and capture local trends to drive demand.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing with relevant work experience as a generalist marketeer.
  • Experience in a B2B environment in a global organization is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Interest in gaining experience with digital tools, such as CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, and PowerBi.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded and driven.
  • Project Management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.

The role is based in our office in Penrith, with hybrid working of two days a week possible after training. The hours are 37.5 hours a week, with office hours Monday to Friday.
