Field Marketing Coordinator UKI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Marketing Coordinator to join our UKI Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing local and regional campaigns, supporting new product launches, and generating local content to drive demand and meet marketing KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns across various channels, including brand, segment, and product campaigns.
- Support the execution of new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, social media, and events.
- Generate local content, such as customer case studies and articles, to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience.
- Engage cross-functionally to plan, manage, and execute dealer marketing initiatives and tools.
- Localize and validate marketing materials received from Global Marketing.
- Coordinate and participate in tradeshows and events.
- Responsible for the ordering, coordination, and distribution of local marketing inventory.
- Help build a results-oriented culture by tracking and monitoring KPIs and communicating marketing performance to commercial functions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing with relevant work experience as a generalist marketeer.
- Experience in a B2B environment in a global organization is an advantage.
- Interest in gaining experience with digital tools, such as CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, and PowerBi.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded and driven.
- Project Management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.

The role is based from our office in Penrith, although hybrid working of two days a week may be possible after training. The hours are 37.5 hours a week, office hours Monday to Friday.
