Field Marketing Coordinator UKI

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Marketing Coordinator to join our UKI Marketing team. As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of local marketing campaigns, working closely with the Field Marketing Team Leader and other cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
- Support the execution of new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Generate local content, such as customer case studies and articles, to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and execute dealer marketing initiatives and tools.
- Localize and validate marketing materials received from Global Marketing.
- Coordinate and participate in tradeshows and events, ensuring objectives and goals are met.
- Responsible for ordering, coordinating, and distributing local marketing inventory, such as brochures, POS, and merchandise.
- Help build a results-oriented culture by tracking and monitoring KPIs, working towards a higher ROMI, and communicating marketing performance to commercial functions.
- Degree in Marketing with relevant work experience as a generalist marketeer.
- Experience in a B2B environment in a global organization is an advantage, but not essential.
- Interest in gaining experience with digital tools, such as CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, and PowerBi.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded and driven.
- Project Management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.
