Kitchen Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Kingfisher Nursing Home, part of Westgate Healthcare. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Assist with the cleaning of serveries and kitchens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Collect and distribute crockery, ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized
- Carry out any reasonable request or instruction from the Home Manager or Head Cook
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
