Support Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in Stirling, providing support to a service user living in their own home with a Mental Health disability.
The successful candidate will support with household tasks, maintenance of tenancy, and provision of nutritious meals, as well as offering advice on healthy eating.
No personal care is required for this role, as the service user is able to do so independently.
About the Service User
Our service user is a young man who values routine and requires consistent communication. He is able to communicate verbally and understand what people are saying.
The successful candidate will need to follow care plans and risk assessments set in place to ensure the service user's safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with household tasks and maintenance of tenancy
- Provide nutritious meals and offer advice on healthy eating

- Communicate effectively with the service user and other stakeholders
