About the Role:



We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Group PLC in Stirling. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young gentleman with a mental health disability in his own home.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support with household tasks and maintenance of tenancy
  • Provision of nutritious meals and advice on healthy eating
  • Accompany and engage in activities, including walking, cinema, and trips out
  • Manage behaviour which challenges in accordance with proactive and reactive strategies


About Our Service User:



Our service user is a young man who requires consistent communication and support to maintain his health and wellbeing. He enjoys walking, cinema, and trips out and requires assistance with daily tasks.

We offer a range of benefits, including cost of PVG coverage, up to £20,000 life cover, and enrolment onto SVQ level 2 after successful completion of your 6-month probation.
