We're seeking an experienced FP&A Financial Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through insightful reporting and strategic planning. With over a century of printing expertise, we've established ourselves as a leader in premium label manufacturing.

As a key member of our FP&A team, you'll contribute to building an FP&A function that proactively identifies business trends and risks to budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support financial modeling and budgeting to help the team understand drivers of business and how it is tracking against key initiatives.
  • Partner with the organization to execute the annual budgeting process and provide monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Support the evaluation of payback from projects and prioritization of project pipeline.

Requirements:

  • General technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
  • Experience with financial modeling and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with managers throughout the company.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on location and experience.
