Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to play a vital role in our department's transformation initiative. The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate analysis and support for the FP&A team, focusing on insightful reporting to Executive Leadership and streamlining budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead routine monthly management reporting responsibilities
  • Support financial modeling and budgeting to help the team understand drivers of business and track performance against key initiatives
  • Contribute to forecasting by gathering and compiling data sets, analyzing trends, and partnering with leadership to obtain key assumptions
  • SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TO GATHER TIMELY FEEDBACK FROM PLANT NETWORK TO SUPPORT DECISION-MAKING
  • Identify potential sources of leakage from initiatives (e.g., pricing) to ensure capture of savings
  • Evaluate payback from projects requiring capital and prioritize project pipeline
  • Build an FP&A function that proactively identifies business trends and risks to budget; use historical information to inform decisions about the future
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility to support analysis for current business with ability to scale to accommodate expected business growth
  • Partner with the organization to execute the annual budgeting process, provide monthly rolling forecasts, analysis of KPI data, and participate in strategic planning
  • Build, document, and deploy scalable processes and systems ensuring repeatable, high-quality execution
  • Listen closely and ask questions to ensure complete understanding of any issue or question-at-hand in order to provide concise and accurate reporting/analysis
  • General technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes; able to work with managers throughout the company in analyzing financial situations
  • Experience with financial modeling; High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • Prepare presentations and executive reports for Senior Management and Board of Directors
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written; able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and across departments
  • Assertive, action-oriented, hands-on approach; Energetic, strong work ethic, resilient, collaborative, ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and personally committed to achieving success
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 to 5 years of overall experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment required
