Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist required for a leading organization in the Coventry area.
This role involves facilitating effective and efficient maintenance of Plant and Equipment, with a focus on CNC, Conventional Machines, and Plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mainstream maintenance work on complex machinery and equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mainstream maintenance work on complex machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- Monday - Friday work schedule
- Overtime available upon request
- Shift pattern flexibility (earlys and lates)
- Night work opportunities with appropriate compensation
- Late and night shift uplifts as per company policy
- Reliable driving skills and transportation to work location
We offer an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
