Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

Elite Employee Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join its team in Coventry, Ansty Park. As a permanent employee, you will maintain the production of aerospace components and oversee CNC machines, conventional machines, and other equipment to ensure efficiency through ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance, fault finding, etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Maintenance Technician role or similar in a manufacturing environment and possess a good understanding of maintenance duties for various machines. Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) or similar practices is also required.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are willing to educate others on best practices for work performance and openness to learn and be trained in new areas. The successful candidate will receive supportive training and contribute to continuous improvement of company machines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Corrective repairs to CNC machines, plant maintenance, and wider equipment
- Implement corrective maintenance to ensure continuous improvement of company machines
- Aid other maintenance team members through supportive training and receive your own training where needed
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, plus a 14% afternoon shift allowance. This translates to approximately £57,400 per annum.
