Job Summary:
An Electrical Maintenance Technician is sought to join ManpowerGroup's dynamic Estates and Facilities Team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment, installing electrical connections, and diagnosing equipment faults.

In this role, you will conduct routine inspections and perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. This includes inspecting machinery, identifying potential issues, and performing repairs or replacements as needed. Additionally, you will install, commission, and decommission electrical connections for machinery, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Your technical expertise will be utilized to diagnose and resolve equipment faults, supporting problem-solving initiatives and minimizing downtime. Furthermore, you will liaison with contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. As a key member of the team, you will mentor apprentices and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements. You will also have the opportunity to work at heights and provide out-of-hours standby cover on a rotational basis.

The ideal candidate will possess Level 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2360/2365) and Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391) qualifications, as well as 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures, is essential. A full UK Driver's License is also required. With a salary range of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in electrical maintenance.
