Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our Estates and Facilities Team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical connections for machinery, and diagnosing and resolving equipment faults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Support the development of apprentices and colleagues, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (C&G 2360/2365) and Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391). An 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is also essential. You should have a proven track record of maintenance or facilities experience, with the ability to work at height and provide out-of-hours standby cover. A full UK Driver's License is also required.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum.
