Maintenance Electrician

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities Team in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your technical expertise will be utilized to diagnose and resolve equipment faults, minimizing downtime and supporting problem-solving initiatives. You will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. This includes inspecting machinery, identifying potential issues, and performing repairs or replacements as needed. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. As a key member of the team, you will mentor apprentices and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements. You will also have the opportunity to work at heights and provide out-of-hours standby cover on a rotational basis.
