About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Program Director to join our team at Adaptimmune.

As a key member of our Clinical Development Operations function, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of our global clinical trials. This includes developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

With your expertise in clinical operations and regulatory affairs, you will lead cross-functional teams of professionals, including clinical scientists, project managers, and vendors. Your ability to navigate the complex landscape of clinical trials will be essential in driving the success of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Clinical Trial Strategies: Translate business objectives into operational plans that meet regulatory requirements and drive business success.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines.
  3. Manage Budgets and Resources: Develop and manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts to ensure efficient use of resources and effective delivery of clinical trials.
  4. Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical development teams, regulatory affairs, and marketing.
  6. Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
