Our team at William Street Flats provides care and assistance to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours of concern, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Epilepsy, and Complex Needs.

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include providing respectful, dignified, and independent support to our residents. You will communicate effectively using appropriate methods, assist with personal care and household activities, and order, receive, store, and administer medication. Your participation in support plan development and implementation is crucial, as well as recording and completing documentation accurately.

Requirements
This role requires excellent communication and listening skills, knowledge or experience in supporting individuals with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour, and good basic comprehension of the English language. An ongoing commitment to personal development and training is also essential.
