Ludlow Street Healthcare is a leading provider of health and social care services across the Southwest of England and South Wales. We are currently seeking a Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to support them in managing their mental health and wellbeing.

About the Role

You will be responsible for encouraging our clients to develop proactive strategies to maintain their emotional wellbeing and mental health. This may involve working with them in the community, assisting them with personal care tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to co-ordinate scheduled activities and appointments, using personalised rotas and liaising with others.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as good basic comprehension of English language including basic literacy and numerical skills (GCSE level or equivalent).
  • Knowledge/experience/desire to support individuals with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities or Challenging Behaviour.
  • Ongoing commitment to own personal development and training.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a caring, energetic, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
