Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Patient Support Specialist to join our Contact Centre team at Nurture Fertility in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding patients through the booking process, providing expert advice on treatment options, and ensuring seamless handover of patient care to our clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients via phone, online chat, and email to address their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans and schedules
  • Ensure accurate registration of patients on our Electronic Patient Management system
  • Communicate effectively with patients throughout their fertility journey
  • Provide expert guidance on fertility treatment options, success rates, and pricing
  • Follow up with patients regularly via telephone, text message, and email

Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Proven sales experience in selling consumer services
  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 27 Days + Bank holidays
