Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing care, disease management, and health promotion to patients across the practice population. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Diabetic Clinics and providing continuing care to patients with diabetes
- Initiating laboratory requests and collecting specimens as required
- Providing wound care and implementing wound management protocols
- Performing cervical cytology smear tests and advising on vaccinations and injections
The successful candidate will have experience working within Primary Care and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
