Company Overview:

Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching support professional to provide one-to-one assistance to a Year 1 pupil with Autism in Bournemouth.

Estimated Salary: £83-90 per day (Flexible days/hours during term time only)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist the class teacher in preparing activities, lesson plans, and working with small groups of children who require additional support. They will also be responsible for supporting the development of children's knowledge and skills in a class and one-to-one setting.

  • Experience working with children
  • A commitment to ensuring children's safety, happiness, and stimulation
  • The ability to organize daily tasks for children and work one-to-one with pupils

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must have a valid UK passport, experience working with children, and a valid DBS certificate on the updated service. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential.

Benefits:

We offer flexible days/hours during term time only and full access to learning materials and courses. This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available in the future.
