**Job Description**

Vision for Education - Southampton is a market-leading education supply agency committed to the development of young people. We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Christchurch.

The successful candidate will be required to work 1-1 with pupils, assisting them academically as well as overcoming barriers to learning and supporting them emotionally. You will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of a child with special needs or challenging behaviour.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with children with special needs or challenging behaviour.
  • Understanding of various learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of every child.
