The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market presence globally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
