We are seeking a skilled Housing Development Specialist to join our team in Manchester.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies for new build social housing projects.
  • Manage cost consultants to prepare cost estimates and tender documentation.
  • Identify new development opportunities to meet growth targets.
  • Oversee the design, development, and planning process.
  • Manage project finances, including coding invoices and monitoring cash flows.

The Successful Candidate

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Property Development, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in property development and project management.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management ability.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements in property development.
  • Agile and flexible working.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as career progression and CPD opportunities.
