Overview

Haart Estate Agents in Coventry is seeking a Property Management Manager to lead our top-tier team.

As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in property management, you will be responsible for managing a team of property managers, monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, and ensuring the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of property managers
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
  • Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Develop your team to advance their careers
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation

Benefits:

  • £28,500 to £39,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission
  • A further £3,725 uncapped commission target
  • Minimum complete on-target earnings of £39,425 per year
  • Company Car that can also be used for personal use, or a monthly Car Allowance*
  • Fixed working hours 8.30 - 18.00 (weekdays), 9.00 - 17.00 (1/4 Saturdays, day back in lieu)

What you'll be doing:
