Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a world-class e-commerce strategy that drives revenue growth across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of the DTC commercial plan through the execution of on-site promotional strategies, right-first-time launches, and best-in-class digital merchandising.
  • Own the online plan, with day-to-day management and tracking to deliver against financial targets, ensuring all on-site execution aligns with key commercial priorities.
  • Analyse commercial data to understand performance, develop a knowledge of commercial levers to pull, and adapt to changes to continuously improve commercial return.
  • Lead the S&OP process, ensuring the right building blocks are in place to exceed business targets, with full alignment from demand planning teams.
  • Explore ways to drive down E&O stock through creative solutions that maintain brand profitability.
  • Build a strong trading calendar, ensuring it's competitive vs. the market and differentiated to Boots, supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally, to drive commercial success.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in commercial/e-commerce at either agency or client-side.
  • Strong commercial skillset, with a practical understanding of e-commerce strategies and digital merchandising.
  • Ability to analyse commercial data, develop insights, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to cascade performance updates and business priorities to stakeholders.
