Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Sales Manager to join our Contracts division at Howdens Joinery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales performance by developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed area sales targets.
  2. Lead a team of Regional Contract Managers and Contract Sales Representatives to develop and grow key accounts.
  3. Work closely with the Head of Contracts and Contracts Finance Manager to achieve commercial goals and manage project budgets.
  4. Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Travel extensively throughout the North of the UK & Ireland to meet with customers and team members.
  7. Provided with a company car, laptop, and mobile phone for work-related purposes.
  8. Eligible for pension plan contributions up to 12% employer matched.
  9. Available staff discount on Howdens products.
