Contract Sales Development Lead

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Sales Manager to join our Contracts division at Howdens Joinery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed area sales targets.
- Lead a team of Regional Contract Managers and Contract Sales Representatives to develop and grow key accounts.
- Work closely with the Head of Contracts and Contracts Finance Manager to achieve commercial goals and manage project budgets.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Travel extensively throughout the North of the UK & Ireland to meet with customers and team members.
- Provided with a company car, laptop, and mobile phone for work-related purposes.
- Eligible for pension plan contributions up to 12% employer matched.
- Available staff discount on Howdens products.
