At Carrington West, we are seeking a highly skilled Rail Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee rail infrastructure projects across disciplines such as MEP, E&P, and civils. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take on a position that offers growth, mentorship, and the chance to work on high-profile projects.

This individual will be responsible for taking on a hands-on engineering role, overseeing project delivery aligning with technical and client requirements. They will act as a CEM or CRE where appropriate, ensuring project delivery meets high engineering standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, while maintaining high engineering standards.

The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus a car allowance. Based in Chatham, Kent, this position requires a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge in MEP, E&P, or rail engineering disciplines, and familiarity with Network Rail standards and frameworks. Essential requirements include:
