Senior QS for Civil Engineering Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd.
This is a permanent position with opportunities for career development and support through to achieving Chartered Status.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a reservoir project from inception to completion, working closely with the Commercial Manager.
- Duties will include:
- Managing contractors' supply chains and procurement
- Identifying and correcting inefficiencies in contractor's works planning and resource deployment methods.
- Producing accurate cost reports and carrying out defined cost audit work.
Requirements for the role include a BSc in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility schemes.
A strong understanding of NEC / ECC contracts is necessary, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £40 million based on the company's overall budget.
