We are looking for a High-End Sales Director to lead our sales floor team at Moncler's Sloane Street store in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a genuine and attentive relationship with clients, based on listening, meeting, and exceeding their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Manage visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide feedback to the team on results achieved and areas for improvement
  • Maintain knowledge of brand history and values, and promote collections and product features

Requirements:

  • 5 years' previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion Luxury and Retail Companies
  • A degree in Retail/Hospitality Management is a plus
  • Proven excellent client service skills and fluency in English
  • Digitally aware with deep knowledge of MS Office and experience in clienteling, payment, and warehouse management systems

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
