Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Job Vibe Ltd. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, providing insights on how to maximize sales of our products.
  • Product Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating product benefits, supporting promotional campaigns, and advising on best practices in terms of stock positioning and merchandising.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and interpret sales data and store performance trends to provide actionable insights, helping to refine strategies for increasing market share.
  • Training and Development: Offer on-the-ground training to retail staff on product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to support our offerings effectively.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new products or promotions into stores and negotiate agreements with independent shop owners to expand product availability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a field-based role such as sales, retail management, or business development, ideally within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence store managers, staff, and wholesale partners effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating product benefits and training others on product offerings.
