About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our Field Sales team at Octopus Energy. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative energy solutions to customers and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: You will be the face of Octopus Energy, engaging with customers at events and venues to promote our energy solutions and build strong relationships.
  • Product Promotion: You will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of products, including Energy Smart Meters, Heat Pumps, Solar Panels, and Smart Meters, to new and existing customers.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: You will ensure that every customer interaction is of the highest quality, providing meaningful and honest conversations that allow customers to make informed choices.
  • Flexibility: You will be flexible and able to work in a variety of settings, including face-to-face and office-based environments, to support our customers and sales team.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: You will have excellent customer service skills and a true understanding of what it means to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Motivation: You will be sales motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Organizational Skills: You will be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: You will have experience in a customer-centric setting where you have come up with quick and effective solutions to customer problems.
