We are seeking an exceptional Brand Ambassador to join our team at Astrid & Miyu.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company that is revolutionising the jewellery experience.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading by example and delivering 5-star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You will be an advocate for our brand values and lead the team in ensuring these are at the forefront of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to continuously integrate in-store our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
- Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
- Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in-store
- Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track
Requirements:
- A values champion and brand ambassador, our values must resonate deeply with you
- You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
- This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store
- Ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth, and development
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change
- You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
