Join Our Team as a Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to represent Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt, two of the world's leading providers of power tools and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting trade tool and DIY retailers in your territory to raise awareness and profile of the brands with trade counter staff and customers.
  • Actively demonstrating products, their features, and benefits, and engaging with people to build strong relationships.
  • Delivering clear and precise training to stores and end-users to ensure both brands become the destination brand of choice.
  • Building strong working relationships with key contacts, educating them on the product range, and influencing sales in store.
  • Attending and supporting at key national events throughout the year.
  • Consistently identifying, executing, and influencing local store initiatives to increase availability and visibility for both brands.
  • Identifying potential opportunities for additional sales and influencing relevant store personnel to implement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the trade industry and a passion for the Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt brands.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with trade and DIY employees/business owners and customers.
  • Confidence in demonstrating products and great product knowledge (training is provided, but previous knowledge is preferable).
  • A self-starter, able to work on own initiative and share great ideas.
  • A full UK driving license and a willingness to be out on the road.
  • A great full-time role working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions and county shows.

What We Offer:

  • A great package, including £28,500 + 10% Bonus per annum.
  • Flexible hours, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
  • 28 days Holiday Allowance, with the opportunity to accrue up to 33 days.
